ASSAR Grants for Scenario-Based Capacity Building
Following ASSAR's series of Transformative Scenario Planning (TSP) workshops and other scenario processes in the different regions, there was a need to build on the momentum, insights, and connections made therein, and to align those with ongoing ASSAR research findings to attain actionable results. As a result, a Scenario-Based Capacity Building (SBCB) fund was established that offers grants to the regional teams in support of key follow-up actions. These actions include capacity building of stakeholders that are recognised as playing vital roles in overcoming barriers to or supporting enablers of adaptation in their respective regions.
